We use several delivery methods to get a project designed and built including:

• A turn-key approach where we contract with our clients as the single source of responsibility to provide full development, design, construction, and start-up services
• Design-build where we are the single source of responsibility for turning over a finished building ready to equip and occupy
• Working as an agent to assist in hiring the design and construction firms that hold separate contracts with our clients
• Functioning in the capacity of a project manager to oversee the entire process on behalf of our clients
